Rocky is a 3-year-old Golden Retriever and lives with Mrs Chadwick. He joins us at Ecclesfield Primary School as part of our effort to enhance the learning experience and provide additional support to our pupils. Rocky is in training to become a therapy dog and is expected to complete his certification in the near future. During this time, he will be working with our children and staff to develop the necessary skills required for his role.
He is used to being around lots of children and has been since he was 8 months old. Rocky will always be on a lead around the children and under the supervision of a member of staff. He undergoes regular health check-ups to maintain his well-being.
